LEDECCO recruitment process consists of several stages. The main objective of this action is to ensure that the chosen candidate is the perfect person for the job. We are looking for people who; like us, are interested in electronics, technology and business, and those who will strive for sustainable development, demonstrate initiative, creativity, ability to work in a team, but also efficient and effective decisiveness in areas, in which they will operate.
Step 1 - CV and Cover Letter
The first stage of recruitment is the selection of candidates on the basis of Curriculum Vitae and covering letter. Please submit applications to the following address: rekrutacja@ledecco.com attaching your CV and covering letter. Each application is analyzed in detail for compliance with the profile of the sought candidate. People who are fulfilling the requirements set out in the notice are invited to the next phase. Step 2 - First interview
Selected candidates are invited to an interview with the General Director. At this meeting, candidates are evaluated in terms of personality predisposition, qualifications and course preparation for the tasks they perform at a given position. During the first interview, the candidate can expect questions about work experience, education, professional goals, interests, and knowledge about our company, and the market, in which we operate. We suggest candidates to re-examine the requirements for the job and prepare examples from biography, which confirm possession of required qualifications and skills. Our goal is also to check candidate’s personality, language skills, motivation to work, cooperation skills and teamwork, and results orientation. The interview is also an opportunity for you to learn more about our company, the position for which you apply, organizational culture and values that we profess.
Step 3 - Final interview
Usually, this is the last stage of the recruitment. Applicants are invited for an interview with the President of the company and the direct manager for the recruited position. During this conversation, both parties have the opportunity to get to know each other, answer the critical questions and agree on terms of cooperation. We can also ask you to submit a pre-prepared presentation or carry out an on-site case study (work samples), with which the candidate is likely to meet during the work.
After this stage, the final decision is taken. It is taken on the basis of the whole process, in which the candidate participated. The successful applicant is offered a job.
